The Greenwald Company is made up of third generation real estate investors, managers and developers. Our origins began in 1948 with Herbert Greenwald’s world famous association with Mies van der Rohe as his first American patron. Bennet Greenwald, Herbert’s son, continued the family tradition as a real estate investor and developer, founding the Greenwald Company in 1990. Herbert Greenwald, Bennet’s son, joined the company in 2012 and directs the company’s Chicago activities.
